Welcome to Prestige Golf Carts. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote or invoice. We accept bank transfer and selected electronic payment methods. Goods remain the property of Prestige Golf Carts until full payment is received.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock and location. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Please inspect goods upon receipt and report damage within 48 hours.

Liability

Prestige Golf Carts liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
